1:1 Training (In-Person)
Full-scale customized private training. Typically 2 or 3 sessions a week, and the program lasts 6-12 months. Location can vary, typically in-home or at an accessible gym. Desired outcomes include body recomposition, movement rehabilitation, accountability, and pain-free activity.

Remote Coaching
Customized programming based on thorough video-based assessments and consultations. Consistent communication in regards to training and form correction, as well as weekly check-ins to review and plan.
“à la carte” sessions
Single training/consultation with a specified focus and goal. Effective sessions include: fundamental movement pattern assessment, running form analysis, and can help generate corrective exercise prescriptions/custom programming.
($75 ~ $150/hr)

Don’t leave growth up to randomness.
Your body, your history, and your goals matter. We’ll perform a comprehensive assessment that considers your lifestyle, priorities, and physiology. And only then will we generate a custom plan.
Additionally, your life is dynamic, so I encourage regular updates so that the training evolves with you.
Education
Your relationship with your body should make you feel competent, confident, and in control. I intentionally expose you to the purpose behind each exercise, the sensations you feel, and the science of strength, balance, and other capacities in a way that seems intuitive.
If I do my job well, you should eventually feel like you no longer need a trainer.
